About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Laying the foundation: You identify sustainability requirements from key reporting frameworks such as CSRD or ESRS, common questionnaires, and industry-specific standards.
- Data architecture: You consolidate these requirements and translate them into clear, logical structures for our Sunhat database and its modules.
- Customer Success: You support clients from a wide range of industries in mapping their individual sustainability strategies on our platform.
- Product development: Through direct feedback from your data work and close interaction with users, you help our product team continuously improve Sunhat's technical capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in tech and ESG: You want to contribute to a more sustainable economy through technology and ideally already have first exposure to sustainability topics from your studies, projects, or early work experience.
- Structured thinking: You enjoy bringing order to complex topics and creating clear logic for quantitative and qualitative data points.
- Working style: You work independently, think in a solution-oriented way, and keep oversight even during extensive documentation processes.
- Communication: You communicate confidently in German (native level or business fluent) and are proficient in English, and you enjoy direct interaction with clients.
