About the role

  • Develop and implement the distribution sales strategy in Italy
  • Increase Sungrow's market share and grow sales revenue within the Italian distribution market
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distributors while acquiring new ones
  • Ensure customers are convinced of Sungrow products' advantages
  • Define and manage pricing strategies across the distribution chain
  • Monitor distributor sales results and adjust commercial strategies as needed
  • Provide regular forecasts and KPI reporting for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in inverter distribution sales
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English C1, Italian C2 or native proficiency
  • Proficient in MS-Office and ideally knowledge of CRM software
  • Broad industry network and proven ability to interface at an executive level.
