About the role
- Develop and implement the distribution sales strategy in Italy
- Increase Sungrow's market share and grow sales revenue within the Italian distribution market
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distributors while acquiring new ones
- Ensure customers are convinced of Sungrow products' advantages
- Define and manage pricing strategies across the distribution chain
- Monitor distributor sales results and adjust commercial strategies as needed
- Provide regular forecasts and KPI reporting for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in inverter distribution sales
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English C1, Italian C2 or native proficiency
- Proficient in MS-Office and ideally knowledge of CRM software
- Broad industry network and proven ability to interface at an executive level.
