Accountant

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, revenue, COGS, inventory adjustments, and other routine transactions
• Perform detailed balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies
• Support the month-end and year-end close to ensure timely, accurate financial results
• Assist with revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and subscription activity as applicable
• Maintain schedules for fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies and controls
• Support automation and system integrations between ERP, order management, WMS, and payment platforms
• Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement, and scaling of accounting operations as the business grows
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
