Project Manager

• Provide technical expertise to various stakeholders
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings as needed with internal and external stakeholders
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine the scope of work
• Perform jobsite visits as necessary or requested to provide successful project quoting and execution
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes
• Plan and coordinate project related operations required for successful execution
• Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures as appropriate
• Generate project documentation such as project plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned
• Gather necessary data for accurate and timely communications to stakeholders of project progress and status
• Follow and ensure others follow standard operating procedures
• Provide assistance to management staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Project Manager, Load Banks

Manager

• Preparing reports and recommending procedures to improve organizational performance
• Overseeing the overall integrity and quality of all Sunbelt Rentals safety protocols at individual profit centers within their assigned geographical area
• Conducting PC safety compliance inspections and audits in accordance with scheduled program utilizing dedicated audit criteria including employee training, facility regulatory compliance, vehicle fleet / DOT compliance, shop and equipment rental fleet compliance.
• Working with Profit Center Managers (PCM) to assign the correct Safety Coordinator to the location.
• Providing training and guidance to Safety Coordinators in each Profit Center to ensure a consistent approach is taken regarding policies and procedures.
• Identifying deficiencies found during inspections; providing written evaluation of inspection with corrective action requirements; assisting Profit Center Manager & Service Manager in mandating time period for completion of corrective actions.
• Responsible for delivering safety training modules to employees on an ongoing basis.
• Assisting PC Safety Coordinator as necessary with completion of required training, safety meeting coordination and completion, and maintenance of Safety Training & Documentation Manual.
• Responsible for tracking and trending PCs in their respected areas to identify which locations are adhering to the Sunbelt Rentals Leading Indicator Program and which areas need attention due an increase in lagging data.
• Responsible for working with Regional Vice President (RVP) to develop an annual strategic SH&E Business Plan addressing prior year performance of the Region as well as annual targets for the Calendar and Fiscal Year.
• Distributing a weekly report to their RVP and District Managers describing the number of Recordable and First Aid Injuries, Number of VIRs, Number of Near Misses, Trends in the Region.
• Leading monthly Safety Coordinator Phone Call for all Coordinators in the region.
• Developing agenda for and leading the annual Safety Coordinator Boot Camp in the Region
• Training and monitoring staff on Sunbelt Rentals Behavior Based Safety Tools.
• Supporting PCM and Safety Coordinator in the investigation of all incidents and appropriate near-misses while assisting the PCM in completion of reporting requirements and following up as necessary to support the claims managers.
• Active participation in PC monthly safety meetings, as well as providing assistance to PCM/Service Manager in conducting Safety Stand Down meetings.
