- Drive revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers
- Identify current and upcoming jobsites, distinguish key customers
- Cultivate relationships with key-decision makers such as Project Managers and Executives
- Develop strategic approach to the market and key targeted customers
- Drive sales force productivity and maximize revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of proven sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
- Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
- Meeting/exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor
- Building a territory, and growing market share
