About the role
- Equip team for success by ensuring team members are empowered to make it happen for customers.
- Responsible for overall operations of the stores within a district, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, dispatch.
- Market share growth and penetration through developing community relationships and establishing a presence within the area and specialty market segments by working directly with the sales force.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
- 1+ years of Operations Management experience or related retail management experience
- Knowledge of construction equipment required
- Must be able to travel frequently
- MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
