About the role

  • Work with assigned store locations regarding Wynne accrual entries for accuracy
  • Responsible for reconciling all variances in vendor accounts and determining timely resolution steps
  • Generate AP vendor reconciliations, execute with timeliness and accuracy
  • Assist Team Lead with accruals and various reporting responsibilities
  • Identify and report irregularities or departures from procedure
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or AP Supervisor

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting in a business environment or College Degree
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Ability to Multi-task and be highly organized
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Working ability to manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
