About the role

  • lead, develop, and drive key components of our Experience strategy for Health and Risk Solutions
  • leverage external and internal listening capabilities as well as client experience tools
  • identify gaps and opportunities to develop or improve experiences
  • act as a key liaison across the organization
  • help to identify, prioritize and lead execution of transformative initiatives
  • drive implementation and expansion of digital capabilities
  • facilitate Client journey mapping and service blueprinting
  • collaborate with operational and research teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of industry and/or project management or related experience
  • Market research, Design or CX experience preferred
  • Experience with data analysis and synthesis required
