About the role
- lead, develop, and drive key components of our Experience strategy for Health and Risk Solutions
- leverage external and internal listening capabilities as well as client experience tools
- identify gaps and opportunities to develop or improve experiences
- act as a key liaison across the organization
- help to identify, prioritize and lead execution of transformative initiatives
- drive implementation and expansion of digital capabilities
- facilitate Client journey mapping and service blueprinting
- collaborate with operational and research teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of industry and/or project management or related experience
- Market research, Design or CX experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis and synthesis required
