About the role
- Lead integrated communications strategies supporting various business partners
- Manage and execute internal and external communications plans
- Create and deliver high‑quality content across formats
- Partner with and counsel senior leaders on communications approaches
- Identify key media opportunities and generate proactive pitching ideas
- Support special projects and change initiatives
- Establish clear communications objectives and metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, public relations or a related field
- Post-secondary education in related field (communications, journalism, public relations)
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and visually compelling executive‑level materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Highly versed in effective storytelling and experience in developing and managing robust media plans
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive point of view
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Experience in tracking and analyzing effectiveness of communications campaigns
