Responsible for analysis of complex business requirements and create test strategy/plan
Design, develop detailed test cases covering functional requirements
Execute manual and/or automated test cases to validate business application logic
Collaborate within cross-functional agile team on shift-left testing
Document and track product defects, providing detailed reproduction steps
Champion and advocate automation and quality engineering best practices

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience leading large/complex multi-discipline initiatives
Strong experience in execution of both manual and automated test cases
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and work collaboratively with cross functional team members
Experience in functional, non-functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing of Mainframe and front-end applications
Hands on automation experience in test automation frameworks and tools like Tosca, ReadyAPI, Python
Solid level of proficiency in Excel and strong numerical analysis acumen
Excellent communications skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to business partners
CSTE certification (or equivalent) is an asset
