About the role
- Drive transformational change across Sun Life's independent advisor channel
- Oversee our change management capability, driving adoption of new initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure smooth implementation of key business initiatives
- Direct the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies
- Develop clear communication strategies across all stakeholder groups
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of change management professionals
Requirements
- 8+ years in business/organizational roles, ideally in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
- Proven success leading change management for large-scale programs and complex transformations
- Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or CMI preferred)
- University degree in business or related discipline
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
- Ability to coach and mentor through change
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec
