Collaborate with an agile cross functional team of Finance and IT professionals and stakeholders to identify opportunities, create requirements, and turn vision into value-added outcomes
Manage decisions in design choices on how we will intake, transform and use data to deliver meaningful business value
Leverage data expertise to support initiatives through scoping, implementation, impact analysis, and ongoing reporting
Lead the analysis and validation of financial and analytic results and testing effort for new reporting and analytic developments to ensure solutions are delivered with the highest quality
Effective and timely communications with internal clients, including engagement status, solutioning options, presentation of demo, recommendations, and outcomes
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release Goals
Provide backlog management and elaboration of user stories
Responsible for identifying and tracking benefits of opportunities in our pipeline and delivered solutions to demonstrate value to our stakeholders
Design and develop streamlined and value-added solutions leveraging technology (e.g. Excel, Tableau and SQL) that results in process optimization and/or efficiency
Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends

Requirements

Professional Accounting designation or relevant degree with 3-5 years of related industry experience
Strong Microsoft office skills
Knowledge of Hyperion, SAP, Tableau and SQL is advantageous
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and make decisions that require innovative thinking
Knowledge of Lean Agile process and principles (Kanban, Process design and Value optimization)
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision and desire to learn new skills
Takes initiative and has strong attention to detail
