About the role
- Develop a unified, data-driven global brand content strategy that aligns with brand goals, marketing objectives, and business priorities.
- Serve as the strategic lead for the global content ecosystem, ensuring message and visual consistency across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Work closely with the Director Marketing Strategy and Growth to manage and prioritize the content pipeline, creative execution and resource allocation across channels, according to the content strategy.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for content effectiveness and creative studio efficiency, presenting results and insights to executive leadership.
- Lead the development of a global brand content strategy that focuses on activation across owned and paid channels, developing a variety of formats to address target audience needs and journey stages.
- Direct the Content Production team (e.g., designers, motion designer, copywriter) to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for all channels and internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in design and production techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing content, social media, and/or creative teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing global, multi-channel content and design strategies in a large, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of creative production, art direction, social media platforms, analytics, reporting tools, and evolving digital trends.
- Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare) with a strong understanding of compliance and legal review.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership.
- Experience managing large teams and working with creative vendors/platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Creative, Brand, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
