About the role
- Manage member renewals end to end, including invoicing, documentation, and completion
- Support new business invoicing and sold case implementation activities
- Own renewal results for an assigned block of business, contributing to persistency and growth targets
- Track and maintain accurate renewal data to ensure timely delivery to the market
- Coordinate sold case materials and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Serve as a primary contact for member and agent inquiries related to renewals and new sales
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Relationship Managers, Accounts Receivable, and Member Services teams
- Communicate with Accounting to confirm receipt of payments and resolve invoicing issues
- Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and related systems
- Set clear expectations and collaborate proactively to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions throughout the renewal lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in relationship, account, or customer management; healthcare or insurance experience preferred
- Ability to understand and explain membership contracts, plan options, and administrative policies
- Strong customer focus with excellent relationship-building skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with strong attention to detail and math aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible, collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement focus
