About the role
- Provide high level support to the Sales Team
- Assist with the Account Management function of Membership On Boarding, Renewals
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Provide sales and prospecting support
- Develop email communications that reflect the culture of PinnacleCare
- Develop proposals when needed
- Assist team with maintaining relationships with Members
- Work with Renewals Manager to manage upcoming renewals
- Research each lead and enter information into database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in relationship management or wealth management is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain warm and professional relationships with prospective members and leads
- Proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Office, Internet navigation
- Knowledge of CRM database applications
- Excellent time management, follow-through and ability to get things done in a deadline driven environment
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must present a high level of professional conduct
