About the role

  • Research, design and develop digital solutions with accessibility best practices in mind
  • Present campaign creative concepts to key stakeholders for adaptation
  • Provide design and multimedia consulting for digital initiatives
  • Develop, design and execute video projects from end-to-end
  • Provide consultation and design for wireframes and HTML email campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for value creation and share learnings with design team
  • Lead brainstorming and collaboration sessions with marketing team members
  • Document and define new process enhancements

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec
  • Post-secondary education, completion of a graphic or web design program at a recognized college; or an undergraduate degree in a related discipline
  • 3 or more years of experience in digital graphic design
  • Strong understanding of usability and accessibility
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Video storyboarding, production, subtitles, animation, post-production execution
  • Experience using HTML email testing platform (Litmus)
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and CMS integration experience
