About the role
- Lead a team of Financial Services Consultants
- Build relationships with members of Group Retirement Savings plans
- Support and advise clients on financial decisions
- Manage team performance through coaching
- Instill a client centric culture
- Monitor team’s activities and key performance metrics
- Assist in the creation of a client and sales-centric atmosphere
- Manage talent recruitment and development
Requirements
- 3+ years people management experience
- Bilingualism (French, English) for Quebec
- Comprehensive understanding of investments, wealth and insurance products
- Relationship building and strong customer service orientation
- Coaching and performance management skills
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage relationships with key business partners
- Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management
- Post secondary education or relevant job experience
