Design and develop digital solutions that prioritize end users and accessibility best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create marketing materials
Provide multimedia consulting on key digital initiatives for advisors and clients
Develop, design and execute video projects from end-to-end
Monitor progress of design deliverables through reviews and documentation

Requirements

Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec
Post-secondary education, including completion of a graphic or web design program at a recognized college; or an undergraduate degree in a related discipline
3 or more years of experience in digital graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat)
Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools on Mac OS
Strong HTML email design and coding experience
Experience using an HTML email testing platform (Litmus)
Skilled in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and CMS integration
