Lead proactive and ad hoc insight initiatives, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to drive incremental AUA
Develop and sustain a data-driven culture, mentoring peers and promoting insight-first thinking
Utilize SQL, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and statistical methods to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
Create compelling data stories using data visualization tools and present findings to stakeholders including senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally with teams (marketing, finance, UX, etc.) to align business questions with analytical solutions
Develop measures of success for key initiatives and enable self-service tracking
Support omni-channel performance analysis, with a strong focus on digital
Translate complex data into actionable strategies and tactics

Requirements

Bachelor's (or higher) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related
At least 5 years' experience in insights or analytics
Strong SQL capability and experience with statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.). Exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Proven strength in data storytelling and visualization with CRM Analytics and/or Tableau)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to variety of audiences including leadership
Demonstrated ability to work proactively, manage ambiguity, and drive change through insight.
