About the role

  • Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to design and implement solutions that align with the platform capabilities roadmap
  • Research and pilot the latest GenAI technologies and practices
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, motivating change and fostering innovation within the team
  • Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations
  • Use and enhance our DevOps practices and tools to enforce software guardrails, increase automation, and help engineers build code faster, at a lower cost, and lower risk
  • Stay current with industry advancements in cloud technologies, AWS services, and AI/ML
  • Provide post-production support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in app development and design
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands on experience in developing solutions in cloud platforms AWS: S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Sagemaker, Step functions, Bedrock
  • Experience in Gen AI applications: RAG, React, Agentic frameworks, Langchain, Prompt engineering, LLM, Multi-model, Vector Databases, Similarity and Semantic search
  • Basic fundamentals of AI
  • Experience with data engineering: SQL/NoSQL DBs, Database concepts, Schemas, Indexes
  • Experience with Dev Ops: API, ​Python, Container(Docker), Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, Terraform, CDD
  • Proficiency in Python with exceptional coding and debugging abilities
  • Prior experience in delivering Gen AI projects (e.g., RAG-based chatbots)
  • Good to have Frontend Skills – ReactJs
  • Good to have - Java API knowledge
