About the role
- Support marketing campaign design and manage approvals through analyzing and developing business, IT, and data requirements
- Discover and analyze the business, data and IT capability needs to support new marketing campaigns
- Liaise and coordinate with other business groups including data and analytics; project management; operations, and IT to move requirements towards execution
- Provide process support to the marketing agile team
- Execute the testing and validation of marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Attention to detail
- Proactive communication and partner collaboration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiar with the creation and execution of test cases (regression, etc.)
- Experience with digital marketing in a direct marketing capacity
- Experience with digital deployment tools such as SAS and Adobe Campaign preferred
- Degree in Marketing or Communications
