About the role
- Execute and improve on financial models/tools/reports to support operational processes
- Support other ad hoc financial analysis and consulting as required
- Partner with other finance areas to drive forward the future vision of financial functions
- Understand common charges and the SLF expense management process
- Improve documentation and create a sustainable knowledge base
- Help improve storage tools and systems
- Be able to recognize and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
- Results oriented and critical thinking – high sense of ownership
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client orientation; including excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Problem solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers of financial and operational performance
- Prioritization and organization skills - capable of meeting deadlines in a high-performance environment
- Strong PC skills (Role utilizes tools such as: MSOffice Suite, Sharepoint, Outlook, Tableau, Hyperion)
