About the role
- Key contact for external client's outsourced group benefits administration services
- Plan and execute ongoing administration management of new and existing AdminPlus clients
- Develop member communication strategies and document administrative processes for support teams
- Partner with AdminPlus customer care centre and analyze trends/issues/successes on portfolio
- Ensure client's data integrity
- Work with implementation team for new AdminPlus client implementations
- Provide customized support, information and training to AdminPlus plan sponsors throughout annual benefit enrolment cycle and other member events
- Plan, build, test, create processes and consult with business partners on communication, legal, contracts, compliance and IT
- Utilize project management methodology for annual events, re-enrolments, new client installations and mass mailings
- Manage Plan Sponsor inquiries across mediums and interact with plan members through employee life cycle
- Establish and participate in processes and materials for product offering (workflow, training, processes, execution, operational excellence and quality assurance)
- Provide input to creation of customized forms, letters and communication materials
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written)
- 5 years client relationship management experience
- Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel
- Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to work with some degree of flexibility to manage changing priorities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Positive attitude, commitment to quality service, ability to cope with stress of multitasking and deadlines
- Strong team player, interest in cross-functional team environment
- Overtime may be required as dictated by work
- Assets: Group Benefits administration knowledge; Flex Benefits knowledge; HR benefits administration system knowledge; Knowledge of methodologies and techniques for participating in workshops and testing deliverables; Knowledge of existing SLF systems (OASIS, GBA & Member Enrolment Web applications, Chess, SIEBEL and Genesis) would be an asset
