About the role
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for roles across different departments and locations throughout EMEA.
- Partner with hiring managers globally to understand job requirements and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage job postings across multiple regions.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience across regions.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting with international exposure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates across different cultures and geographies
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English & German (written and spoken), additional European language skills are a plus
