About the role
- Plan how to establish and maintain account relationships
- Coordinate and work with technical, customer services, and logistics personnel to solve customer complaints
- Consolidate data on customer needs and update customers' demand forecasts
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical developments, market activities
- Schedule, lead, and support global managers' visits to customers for sales/marketing development
Requirements
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in the pigment or the chemical or related field
- Proficient in English writing, speaking, and technical communication
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
