About the role
- Maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and enhance the brand’s reputation in the Mid-West & South Central Regions
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings
- Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
- Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory
- Participate in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services
- Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service
- Travel: 65% within Mid-West and the South-Central US regions
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years of field sales experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with high ethical standards
- SAP knowledge is a plus
