About the role

  • Maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients and enhance the brand’s reputation in the Mid-West & South Central Regions
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings
  • Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory
  • Participate in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services
  • Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service
  • Travel: 65% within Mid-West and the South-Central US regions

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high ethical standards
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
