Administrative Assistant

• Manage licensing files, reports and provide general administrative support
• Create and maintain domestic and international agreements or related documents under supervision and in accordance with regional regulations and best business practices
• Manage, create and maintain the collection and record keeping of (a) Royalty Reports, (b) Invoices, (c) Requests for Billing for all Domestic and International Fruit Fee and Propagation Fees
• Create and/or maintain a variety of reports, analysis, projections and documents related to licensing, royalties, expenses, budget tracking and proprietary plant inventory
• Coordinate and attend company events independently or in a team environment, as needed
• Provide general administrative and office management duties and support to the Licensing Manager and as further directed by Licensing Manager or Global Licensing Vice President
