About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to SME business owners daily
- Introduce SME loan / financing solutions clearly and confidently
- Identify potential business financing needs
- Secure appointments for Financial Consultants
- Follow up with prospects via phone / WhatsApp / email
- Guide clients on required loan documents (NOA, bank statements, financials statements, etc.)
- Collect and ensure completeness of documents before submission
- Update CRM accurately
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, banking, or financial products is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years Experience calling SME / B2B clients preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and resilient (comfortable handling rejection)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of SME loans / banking products is a plus
