About the role

  • Conduct outbound calls to SME business owners daily
  • Introduce SME loan / financing solutions clearly and confidently
  • Identify potential business financing needs
  • Secure appointments for Financial Consultants
  • Follow up with prospects via phone / WhatsApp / email
  • Guide clients on required loan documents (NOA, bank statements, financials statements, etc.)
  • Collect and ensure completeness of documents before submission
  • Update CRM accurately
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, banking, or financial products is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years Experience calling SME / B2B clients preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and resilient (comfortable handling rejection)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of SME loans / banking products is a plus
