About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Record and submit customer feedback/complaints using the internal system according to company SOP. Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall service goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification and above. Good communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal). Prior customer service or BPO experience is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset. Basic computer skills and ability to use office software. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
