💰 $80,000 - $105,000 per year

About the role

  • Utilize CRM to track and manage new business prospects, document customer interactions, and maintain detailed records of customer needs and active projects.
  • Identify and target high-potential new clients, initiating contact and developing relationships to convert prospects into customers.
  • Schedule and lead sales meetings, delivering compelling presentations and customized solutions to prospective clients via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in-person.
  • Master Summit's IT systems for quotes, CRM management, account setup, and account management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to create tailored solutions for customer expansion, new offerings, and other relevant infrastructure needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, particularly in the Private, Hybrid, Public, Managed & Professional Services, or IT industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ a solution-selling approach to secure new business.
  • Strong capability in value-selling solutions to a diverse range of clients.
  • Applied knowledge across multiple technologies and methodologies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and professionalism.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to execute effective sales processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, fostering more sales and contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with prospects and clients as necessary.
