About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployment.
  • Lead enterprise-level security best practices , including: DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing), SAST (Static Application Security Testing), SCA (Software Composition Analysis).
  • Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows , mentoring teams in: Applying Agentic AI coding assistants for enterprise development ( Claude Code or Google Antigravity), Automated testing best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Architect and develop scalable applications , integrating: Python , FastAPI , and modern Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI ), React for front-end development, Node.js for back-end development, Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queue systems for robust communication.
  • Contribute hands-on to resolving complex bugs and optimizing system performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product team, software engineers, data scientists, and external development partners.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of professional software design and development experience.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI , and modern AI frameworks (LLMs, CrewAI , etc.).
  • Expertise in React-based front-end development.
  • Experience in Node.js back-end development and API design.
  • Solid experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues ( e.g. RabbitMQ , etc. ).
  • Strong understanding of software testing automation and QA processes.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
