About the role
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share
- Manage the assigned territory
- Establish deep and meaningful business relationships
- Increase market share by closing new business in both new and existing accounts
- Support sales results with clinical expertise and understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape
- Collaborate and provide constructive communication with team members
- Travel is required throughout the territory, including overnight stays and potential weekend work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required
- Demonstrated mastery of product and disease state knowledge
- Proven, consistent, and documented track record of top-ranked sales performance (ideally ranked in the top 25% of the nation)
