About the role

  • Support the delivery of cybersecurity transformation programs and projects by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals
  • Assist in monitoring delivery progress and identifying risks, issues, or dependencies that could impact outcomes
  • Engage stakeholders to collect detailed information that informs project scope and planning
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and supporting program materials
  • Maintain communication protocols for updates, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support preparation of materials required to obtain necessary approvals and resources
  • Track progress against plans and timelines, documenting risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
  • Update plans and timelines in partnership with programs team/stakeholders based on changing needs
  • Promote collaboration and information sharing across program workstreams
  • Engage with leadership teams by preparing briefings, updates, and consolidated reports
  • Support review of milestones and completion packages by ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
  • Gather stakeholder feedback on requirements, deliverables, and expected end states
  • Provide regular delivery updates, summaries, and reporting to program team

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret project requirements and organize activities into clear plans
  • Experience in project management, PMO support, or business analysis
  • Professional presence and ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus
  • Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus
