About the role
- Responsible for supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions across various asset classes, including: auto, credit card, unsecured consumer, private student loan, and esoteric (ex: digital infrastructure, royalties, whole business)
- Develop strong understanding of the securitized lending product across different asset types
- Support mid and senior-level team in the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions
- Develop strong understanding of the bank’s execution processes and systems
- Support team in preparing presentation materials for client meetings
- Contribute to the preparation of internal credit application materials
- Contribute to the management of existing securitization transactions within the portfolio, including performance monitoring, annual reviews, and program amendments.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in structured finance preferred
- Strong software and presentation skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Highly collaborative and flexible in a team and client environment with ability to form good relationships internally and externally
- Able to coordinate and communicate with various internal departments across the bank locally and internationally
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn complex concepts
- Works well in a culturally diverse and team-oriented environment
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and an interest in continuous learning
- Interest in the securitization product and market for securitization transactions.
