About the role
- Assist in maintaining company statutory records and registers.
- Support the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents with Companies House.
- Help organise board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Assist with compliance tasks, ensuring deadlines and statutory requirements are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the CoSec team as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident and professional communicator, able to liaise with internal teams.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in corporate governance, company law, or compliance is a plus.
