About the role
- - Managing a portfolio of growing businesses, involving reviewing various assignments and giving advice to clients where required.
- - Management of individual clients to ensure the various deadlines are achieved in a timely manner
- - Attending client meetings when required in person and via video link
- - Assisting the Client Service Director with raising fee notes and management of work-in-progress
- - Support Client Service Director and Partner in one-off project-based assignments
- - Motivate, train, and develop Trainees, Seniors and other colleagues as appropriate including some line management responsibilities
- - Potential to attend networking events and new client meetings with one of our Fee Earners.
Requirements
- - ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 2 years post qualification experience gained in an accountancy practice
- - A knowledge of various software packages including cloud-based packages
- - Ambitious and passionate about what you do, with strong communication and team working skills
- - Experience in developing other members of your team
- - Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- - Line management experience would be desirable
