About the role

  • Develop cross-channel performance strategies (SEA, SEO, Meta, paid social, and where applicable LinkedIn Ads)
  • Design funnels, customer journeys, and touchpoint logic
  • Strategic budget allocation and channel prioritization
  • Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria
  • Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Provide strategic guidance to: Performance Team Lead, SEO strategy, account & key-account management
  • Support client strategies, audits, pitches, and proposal concepts
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Knowledge of cross-channel funnel and tracking logic
  • Strategic thinking beyond individual channels
  • Strong numerical aptitude and KPI focus
  • Confident communication skills — both internal and external
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Independent, structured working style
