• Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Nachbereitung von Kunden-Calls
• Status-Updates an Kunden (klar, ehrlich, verbindlich)
• Pflege von Kundeninfos, Projekten und To-dos in unseren Tools
• Nachhalten von Absprachen, Deadlines und offenen Punkten
• Übersetzen zwischen Kunde und Fachabteilungen („Was will der Kunde wirklich?“)
• Verstehen, wie unsere Leistungen funktionieren – ohne selbst umzusetzen
• Mit der Zeit: Erste eigene Kunden übernehmen (mit Rückendeckung)
• Eigenständige Status-Calls & Check-ins
