About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels — but your approach goes beyond “set up and optimize campaigns.”
- You think in funnels, run systematic tests, and leverage AI to elevate creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to a level that isn’t achievable manually.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads; experience with additional platforms is a plus
- Analytical thinking — you work data-driven and can interpret and communicate results
- Proven experience or a strong affinity for using AI tools for creative production, reporting, analysis, or campaign management
- You have automated your own workflows or are eager to do so
- Independent, structured working style
- Very good German skills; good English.
