About the role

  • Development of cross-channel performance strategies (SEA, SEO, Meta, Paid Social, optionally LinkedIn Ads)
  • Design of funnels, customer journeys & touchpoint logic
  • Strategic allocation of budgets & prioritization of channels
  • Definition of KPIs, measurement frameworks & success criteria
  • Analysis of performance data including clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strategic sparring for: Performance Team Lead, SEO strategy, Account & Key Account Management
  • Support with: client strategies, audits, pitches & proposal concepts
  • Translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of: Google Ads / Meta Ads
  • Knowledge of cross-channel funnel & tracking logic
  • Strategic thinking beyond individual channels
  • Strong numerical literacy & KPI focus
  • Confident communication – both internal and external
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Independent, structured way of working
