About the role
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs.
- Proactively source top talent using various sourcing channels.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting plans.
- Screen applicants and conduct thorough phone screens and interviews.
- Coach hiring managers in the recruitment and selection processes.
- Foster a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and verify credentials.
- Partner with compensation and hiring managers to define job offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop company and departmental knowledge and share talent acquisition trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven sourcing and recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated experience using ATS for end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates swiftly.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to leverage social media tools for targeted and strategic sourcing efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
