About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs.
  • Proactively source top talent using various sourcing channels.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting plans.
  • Screen applicants and conduct thorough phone screens and interviews.
  • Coach hiring managers in the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify credentials.
  • Partner with compensation and hiring managers to define job offers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop company and departmental knowledge and share talent acquisition trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven sourcing and recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using ATS for end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates swiftly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage social media tools for targeted and strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
