About the role

  • Define the Motion System: Develop and maintain Suki’s motion guidelines.
  • Build a robust library of motion templates (MOGRTs) and assets.
  • Work with the Head of Creative to evolve the visual identity.
  • Create thumb-stopping motion graphics for paid and organic social.
  • Collaborate with web developers and product designers to create animations.
  • Lead the motion design for major marketing campaigns.
  • Handle editing for brand manifestos, case studies, and customer testimonials.
  • You are a designer first and an animator second.
  • Partner with the Copywriter to ensure timing and visuals amplify the narrative.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in motion design at a creative agency, production house, or in-house marketing team.
  • A killer showreel demonstrating a range of skills—from kinetic typography and logo animation to character motion and video compositing.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Comfortable working within Figma to extract assets and collaborate with UI/UX designers.
  • Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, export settings for web/social, and compression best practices.
  • Nice to Haves: Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or Spline; Ability to handle basic sound design and audio mixing; Experience exporting JSON/Lottie files for web implementation.
