• Coach, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
• Oversee team activity and forecasting, supporting reps with deal strategy, objection handling, and closing.
• Lead product demos with executives and decision makers at top tier creative agencies.
• Partner with the executive team to define and refine sales processes, territory planning, comp models, and org structure.
• Identify gaps in tooling, CRM hygiene, and reporting — and collaborate with the operations team to implement scalable solutions.
• Drive performance across new business and expansion, with a clear focus on efficiency and conversion.
• Be the voice of the customer: Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership based on real market insights.
