Account Executive

• Take the lead on generating brand-aligned content for ongoing templated sales outreach
• Identify and implement best practices for the sales team to leverage technology for prioritization, productivity, and pipeline management
• Identify and execute full life cycle sales strategy
• Provide direction and support for a team of Gift Concierges (account managers)
• Develop, and train, best practices for account manager outreach and pipeline closing
• Partner with Sales Analyst and members of the executive team to understand and drive strategy based on sales, forecasts, conversion, promotions, seasonality, and other relevant data
