About the role

  • Assist the Fire Payroll Administration team in delivering Payroll to the Norfolk Fire and Rescue colleagues
  • Manage service desk (email tickets) and take phone calls
  • Support in a variety of administration activities
  • Update employee records on Oracle Fusion
  • Process changes following documented processes and instructions from the team
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all employees while delivering an agreed level of service to specified timescales
