Salary
💰 €33,000 - €41,000 per year
Job Level
About the role
- You handle inbound customer inquiries and learn to professionally guide prospective clients through the acquisition and decision-making process — by phone, email and, prospectively, in meetings.
- You support the team with tenders and proposal processes and help develop the content of concepts.
- Together with experienced colleagues, you attend presentation meetings with new and existing clients and gradually build confidence when presenting to decision-makers.
- You assist project managers in further developing customer relationships and identifying meaningful cross- and upselling opportunities — consultatively rather than pushily.
- You learn to review proposals in a structured way, refine them and ensure their quality.
Requirements
- You may not have traditional sales positions on your CV yet, but you want to learn how excellent consulting, relationship management and business development work.
- You enjoy understanding needs, grasping contexts and thinking of solutions — not pushing something through.
- You present yourself openly, reflectively and reliably and are comfortable taking responsibility and speaking in front of groups.
- You work in a structured and dependable way and want to truly understand things rather than just complete tasks.
- You are interested in (digital) marketing, digital business models and agency work — you will develop technical depth with us.
- First experience with CRM or organizational tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- Structure, feedback and room for personal and professional development (including internal and external training)
- A clear development path — professionally, in communication and toward greater responsibility
- Flat hierarchies and involvement in decisions without an "elbow culture" — and no “numbers at any cost” mentality
- A balanced work–life balance
- Ergonomic workstations with electrically height-adjustable sit–stand desks and excellent technical equipment in the office and for home office use
- A team that shares knowledge, supports each other and does not work against one another
- Flexible working hours (core hours 10:00–15:00) and the possibility to work from home
- Regular team events
- Employer contribution to public transport (BVG) ticket and to a fitness membership via EGYM-Wellpass
- Paid overtime, if any occurs
- Permanent employment contract
- Fair and competitive salary structure
