• You handle inbound customer inquiries and learn to professionally guide prospective clients through the acquisition and decision-making process — by phone, email and, prospectively, in meetings.
• You support the team with tenders and proposal processes and help develop the content of concepts.
• Together with experienced colleagues, you attend presentation meetings with new and existing clients and gradually build confidence when presenting to decision-makers.
• You assist project managers in further developing customer relationships and identifying meaningful cross- and upselling opportunities — consultatively rather than pushily.
• You learn to review proposals in a structured way, refine them and ensure their quality.

• You will take on exciting projects in Social Media Advertising and Social Media Management, contributing your expertise to the development and implementation of social media strategies
• You will design and optimize paid social media campaigns on the most common platforms (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and handle end-to-end campaign execution
• You will create tailored social media strategies for our clients and actively contribute to the success of their brands
• You will develop client-specific audience definitions
• You will take responsibility for A/B tests and the continuous performance optimization of ads
• You will be a central point of contact within the team for technical questions about social media and collaborate with us on creative concepts and tenders/RFPs
• You will manage a variety of engaging clients from different industries and develop innovative social media approaches
• You will analyze performance and share your insights and recommended actions with the team and our clients through value-adding reports
