Junior Sales Manager, Online Marketing

• In the first months you will work on concrete tasks from ongoing client projects: dashboards, KPI frameworks, tracking audits.
• Over time you will take responsibility for the entire MarTech area at Suchmeisterei: tracking, analytics, predictive marketing and AI-supported analyses.
• You will deliver to our specialist teams (PM, SEO/GEO, SEA, Social).
• You will take on your own clients with a MarTech focus once you are ready (typically within the first 12 months).
• You will further develop the area. We will expand methods, standards, tools and templates together.
• We define the strategic direction together; you are responsible for methodology and implementation.

Junior MarTech Consultant, Online Marketing

• You lead the Partner & Portfolio Management team and create an environment where customer contact is understood as a core part of the work, not an afterthought.
• You independently manage strategic clients, conduct dialogue at decision-maker level, and develop relationships for the long term.
• You identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and turn them into concrete proposals together with the team and the relevant departments.
• You oversee acquisition processes and support the team in presentations and pitches, including at C-level.
• You actively use AI in consulting and communication, recognize how customer needs are changing because of AI, and make this part of your positioning with clients.

• Du betreust eigene, kleinere Accounts und bist deren zentrale Ansprechperson für SEA, fachlich begleitet von erfahreneren Kolleg:innen
• Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Kampagnen, hauptsächlich im Google Ads Universum
• Du analysierst Kampagnendaten (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Looker Studio) und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab, von Gebotsstrategien bis Asset-Optimierung
• Du verfasst Anzeigentexte, recherchierst Keywords und Zielgruppen, erstellst Assets und arbeitest an strukturierten Account-Setups
• Du nutzt KI im Alltag, zum Beispiel für Anzeigentexte, Recherche oder erste Hypothesen
• Du arbeitest eng mit SEO/GEO, Tracking, Social und Projektmanagement zusammen

Junior SEA Manager, Online-Marketing

Sales
