About the role

  • Lead executive-level discovery with enterprise contact center leaders to uncover strategic challenges, success metrics, and transformation opportunities
  • Own the solution strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities, partnering closely with Sales leadership
  • Deliver executive-ready, outcome-focused demonstrations and solution narratives tied to measurable business impact
  • Define and guide complex proof-of-concept engagements, setting standards and best practices across the presales organization
  • Influence product direction by translating customer and market insights into clear, actionable feedback for Product Management
  • Lead by example, elevating overall presales effectiveness and consistency
  • Represent SuccessKPI as a thought leader in executive briefings, partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with one or more Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, specifically including Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, LiveVox, UJET, or TalkDesk
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center analytics, BI, performance management, or operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise presales engagements and influencing executive decision-makers
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, value realization, and transformation outcome
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and consultative skills
  • Ability to travel to partner and customer locations when required
  • Desire and ability to work in a high-growth start-up environment requiring flexibility and ingenuity
