About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring every sprint and release has clear scope, identified dependencies, accountable owners, and realistic delivery plans.
  • Establish and publish a weekly delivery scorecard.
  • Lead Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and a highly effective Scrum of Scrums.
  • Surface and resolve dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Ensure consistent operating cadence and communication across U.S. and India-based teams.
  • Define and enforce Agile processes and controls.
  • Escalate scope creep, readiness gaps, or delivery risk early, with data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software delivery, with 5+ years leading multi-team technical programs.
  • Proven success implementing and scaling Agile and SDLC discipline across complex environments.
  • Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps at an enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and hold firm boundaries under pressure.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (U.S./India strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001).
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
