QA Engineer

• Lead QA strategy and initiatives for complex product areas, setting quality objectives and best practices.
• Architect and evolve testing processes that balance automated and manual testing, including CI/CD integration and regression suites.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers — fostering a culture of ownership, high quality, and continuous learning.
• Own and improve testing infrastructure and tooling; help adoption of industry standard tools including test management solutions.
• Track and report on quality metrics and release readiness, and escalate risks with actionable insights.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution, working hand-in-hand with engineering teams on root-cause analysis.
• Build automated tests, actively filling in gaps in our testing pyramid.
